Service Area Checklist

Run this list before booking so pickup day goes smooth. (The reference does it with a location finder plus a short pre-booking checklist — same idea, ours fits nine counties.)

1. Confirm your county — see The Counties We Serve. Outside the nine? Call and ask.
2. Send photos + an item list — three answers and a picture launch your same-day estimate.
3. Note access details — parking, stairs, gate codes, narrow driveways.
4. Pick a time window — same-day or next-day where available; our driver calls ahead.
5. Approve the written estimate on arrival — firm price before anything is lifted.
